About Department
Computer Science and Engineering Department [CSE] of Sri Indu College of Engineering and Technology grooms the young minds in both fundamentals of computation and computer’s interaction with the world. Computer Science Engineers develop new algorithms, invent new systems and theories that empower people and society, and advance the science of computing around the world and beyond.
The Department of Computer Science Engineering (CSE) was established in the year 2001 with intake of 60 seats. At present, the Department offers B.Tech (CSE) Undergraduate program with an intake of 240 students and M.Tech (CSE) Postgraduate program with an intake of 36 students. The Department is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTUH), Telangana. The Department also recognized as Research Centre under JNTUH facilitates to do Ph.D. Programs.
The Department has an excellent team, dedicated and experienced faculty members, who has rich experience in academics and research.

Keeping this as the goal, the Computer Science Engineering department has framed the Curriculum as per the Industrial needs. The branch has an excellent team of young, dynamic & dedicated faculty members who are highly qualified with a rich & vast experience in teaching & industry. Apart from regular teaching, the faculties are also involved mentoring, research, conduction of other co-curricular activities like Seminars, Workshops & Conferences etc.
Our B. Tech -CSE has been thrice accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). The syllabus is frequently updated according to the industry needs. Being an autonomous institute our syllabus meets the latest requirements of various industries globally.
